ABOUT US

Brad started Integrity Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC in 2004 out of his garage. In late 2004, the business took off and moved to 3355 N McCarthy Road Suite D Appleton, WI 54913. His first group of customers were people he met through past business experiences.

His heating and air conditioning business grew from there by word of mouth. Initially, he served residential only but now has dramatically expanded into the commercial side. Brad believes in being upfront and honest with each customer; this approach has created many loyal customers who are happy to refer to Integrity Heating & Air Conditioning. He has built a hardworking and dedicated team of heating and cooling experts. Brad thanks his team and customers for their loyalty and dedication to making his business a success. I called Integrety heating on Tuesday. I was on the phone 3 minuets and explained what was gong on. He did not ask to set an appointment, instead he gave me free advise too chech the air filer first, so I did not have too pay $100 for him to do that.

He did not ask me for my name o phone number. He just gave FREE advise.

I did what he said. The problem was still their, so I called him back the next day. He said he would come right over. He was at my door in 30 minuets. Did a great job. Fixed my furnace and gave me som more free advice. A checkup after 2 years.

Brad came and looked at our cooler and determined he could put a bandage fix on it but no guarantee how long it would last, we decided to go with a new cooler, he gave us a reasonable price for installation and such, he did all the paperwork for the guarantee for getting it registered. Installation looks great. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for the tune ups on both the a/c and heater!
